November 2014: Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet started out as a school project, and became the production that led to a career in directing. I took much of my inspiration from the visual imagery in Shakespeare’s text - it was important to me to ensure that every line was really clear as it was being performed to group of GCSE students studying the play for their English Literature exam.
